The Details: Kait and her husband Joe decided to quit their jobs, got rid of most of their possessions and hit the open road in 2015. They are currently in Croatia, after having made their way across Belgium, Montenegro, Albania, Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Austria with no signs of slowing down, this is the ultimate RVing family!
