Now that the proverbial dust has settled on our purchase of the 2005 Newmar Mountain Aire Motor home, I want to inform you about the professional service we experienced with your team of experts.

First and foremost, we had the privilege of working with Leslie Buchanan. She probably glows in the dark. She had the patience of Job in dealing with my wife who articulated her priorities and specifications. Leslie didn’t waiver over the three visits and unreasonable demands. She didn’t give up and phoned one day about a couple of new coaches that we might be interested in – it worked.

Credit also goes to her colleague, John Anderson, who assisted on her behalf when she was engaged with another customer. He used excellent technique having my wife drive even if she did start to pull out in front of a large waste disposal truck. Further, he parked in the open and activated the slides to capture the full effect. Leslie joined us with her input and refreshments. We received the full information about the 2.99% financing but declined. We were pleased with the handling of the negotiated price. The finance officer was very efficient and expedited the contract.

We had the Walk-through with Javier who was very patient while I took copious notes although I knew I was forgetting half of the information. He also assisted us at the desk seeking some adjustments.

We were assigned Jennifer Emery as our service representative. She is a great listener and took copious notes relative to our questions and concerns. She relayed all pertinent information to the service personnel and every issue was dealt with and resolved in a timely manner. She is very knowledgeable and was responsive to all of our subsequent calls for assistance.

We had been warned about “bugs” all new motor homes and weren’t disappointed. On a couple of occasions we had to communicate with Larry. Over the phone he calmly and graciously walked us through the problems. My wife was so pleased with the results she made it a point to meet him on our next visit.
