Not often enough do people get recognized for doing an extraordinary job at work but there are times when a letter of recognition is warranted. I would like to single out 2 individuals in your organization for service above and beyond what I would consider normal business practice!

After months of research and bantering back and forth I clicked on the LA MESA RV web site and inquired about a few RV's in your inventory and received a phone call from one Leslie Buchannan who, as I found out, was in charge of internet sales. She was sooooo helpful during all of my "how do I go about this" sessions and answered each and every inquiry that I was to send to her and there were plenty! She laughed, suggested and encouraged me to have fun with the entire process. She had a salesman, Kent Wheeler, meet my wife and I at your dealership in Davis Calif. to review a Sightseer that we had seen at a RV show held in Sacramento the previous weekend.

Again I can't tell you how thankful I am that Kent took the time to answer any and all questions and with humor, knowledge and expertise. I have never owned an RV and I had plenty of doubts about probably anything that you can imagine, but this entire experience what great and really a great deal of fun.

Like it has been said and heard the La Mesa family pride. Thank you all for a moving experience and may the rest of the LA MESA experience be as pleasurable!!!!!! Many heartfelt thank-yous to Kent, Jan, Gary, and especially to you Leslie for helping me stay on track and laughing with me when you knew before I could tell you, that I had purchased my RV. You guys are special.
