We first talked to Leslie Buchannan via e-mail inquiring about the 2006 Allegro Bus. She was very professional and understanding as we explained our objectives and hopes. After numerous conversations via e-mail and phone, she forwarded our request to Steve Rauso, the General Manager. After discussing financing with Steve, it quickly became apparent that we would not be able to arrive at a satisfactory agreement for either party. Even though we were disappointed that we could not reach an agreement concerning an Allegro Bus, we are extremely grateful for the kindness, patience and professionalism that Leslie consistently displayed while working with us.

Shortly afterwards, with Leslie’s hard work and through Steve’s professional assistance, we have completed an agreement for a 2007 Phaeton. In short, we have appreciated working with Leslie. She has not only been professional but is also delightful to work with, getting back to us quickly and sending us all the information we requested in order for us to make an informed decision. Leslie has had such a positive attitude about everything, we felt very comfortable making such a large decision.

In this day and age, when it is hard to find employees who have high work ethics and who work hard to make the company profitable by meeting the needs of the customer, it is a pleasure to find someone of Leslie’s character. Leslie Buchannan is truly an asset to your organization. We would, without hesitation, recommend Leslie to others we meet who would like to purchase a coach.
