This letter is my way of saying Thank You for a job well done by your employee Elias Saldana. I had my coach there for an air-conditioning problem, (3 times). The first two times a good effort was made. That is why I was very confident it would be corrected. Eli talked to Workhorse and as expected they made excuses why it was not a problem. Eli told me their excuses were not acceptable and pressed on! He got the results that he wanted. My unit is working as it should. THANK YOU to ELI. The results were because of his principals, he knew there was an obvious problem and wanted to correct it. Eli was very business-like and professional and very proud of his job and the company he worked for.
