It isn’t very often I write a letter speaking about exemplary service received from a business. Traditionally it is quite the opposite due to the sharp decline in customer service. We were extremely reserved when we first walked onto your sales lot in Tucson.

We were immediately met by Leslie Buchannan, a very polite saleswoman. Leslie was fantastic!! She showed no pressure and asked multiple questions to determine what would best fit our needs. Being first time buyers, we were thrilled by her experience and patience in determining our needs. We ended up coming back the next day and meeting Gary Larsen to arrange a test drive on a coach we just loved. Gary was very impressive. His knowledge of Winnebago coaches was endless. He knew all the features of this coach and easily shared it with us.

We soon met the General Sales Manager, Gary Wilson. Gary was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He felt that this coach would be an excellent choice and value and even though we felt the price was out of our range, he felt he could get us terms that we would be comfortable with. The exemplary service continued through finance, and the thorough two hour walk around. I was very impressed when I received a personal phone call from our “assigned” service advisor, Jennifer Emery, the next day about the status of the reconditioning as the coach had just been traded in.

But the actual delivery of the coach was what sealed it for us. Leslie brought a golf cart around to take us to our coach. As she showed us the remaining areas of the dealership, ALL of the employees came out to thank us and applaud us for being a new customer.

Jennifer continued to impress us as she took the coach right in after a trip that uncovered a few minor items. The coach was even delivered to my service department after the repairs were done.

We have never seen this type of service from ANY company we have ever dealt with. This type of courteous, professional service should be a standard that ALL companies should have to measure up to. We are just a mid 30’s couple buying a used coach and we were treated like royalty.
