I would be remiss if I did not thank you for the very positive experience I had with your staff today at La Mesa RV Davis.
Late yesterday afternoon I called your service center regarding an untimely problem I was experiencing with my Motor Home's Satellite system. I talked to Mathew who, even though it was late in the day, went out of his way to locate your service technician Larry whom Matt felt was the best resource to remedy this problem. Larry was immediately friendly and informative and verbally walked me through various potential remedies that would avoid my need to bring the MH in for service. After this discussion process, Larry concluded that he would need hands on troubleshooting to correct the problem and offered to schedule an appointment at my convenience.

At 08:00 this morning I arrived with the motor home and immediately met with Matt and Larry. Larry logically isolated the Satellite connectivity problem and was able to make the connection needed and to communicate the "fix" back to me. During that discussion, Larry sensed that I had two additional minor problems that were more of an irritant than a burning need (TV antenna and Leveling Jacks). Larry resolved both of these issues and did so with a very much appreciated positive manner.

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the immediate support I received from your staff this morning and the positive attitude that was portrayed in reaching the remedies needed. Obviously, Larry is an excellent "creative can do" mechanic and technician but it was his positive attitude and approach that simply made it a pleasure to work with him and consequently La Mesa RV in general.

Ironically, not only was the service side of your business excellent but I also had an opportunity to interact with your financial side too. Peggy worked with me regarding some financial questions and she too went out of her way to assist me and pursued the closures I needed. At 08:00 this morning she wore a smile and gave it to me!

Please extend to your hard working staff my thank you for the excellent work they do and the way in which they do it. Too many times, it seems, we verbally address error in the work people perform and then do not recognize excellence when we do experience it. Today I experienced excellence and you have earned this customer's respect, gratitude, and future business.
