On August 3, 2007 my wife and I attended your RV show in Miami located at the Dolphin Mall.
At the time we were just looking.

On the following day we returned to the show and met one of your sales personal, Jimmy Stevens, which is one of the greatest persons I have met. He showed us over ten different models. By the way, it was raining that day and he just acted as if it was a sunny day; he never pushed us into any particular model and was very professional.

We finally decided on a 2005 Dolphin which my wife fell in love with and we bought it! Jimmy did something that amazed me after the RV was delivered, I received a call the following day from Jimmy to see how I had made the trip back home and that is something that really impressed me! Jimmy, on my next RV you can be sure I will look for you to guide me on my next purchase. Thanks Jim.

Your finance team was also very professional and we were treated as Royalty. We had noticed a few details on the RV that needed to be corrected and we were told to take it to Tampa to have it serviced. My wife and I were saying boy we are going to get the run around and we were sure we would not get the detailing that needed to get resolved without some kind of excuse. We were wrong!

The day I arrived in Tampa at your location I was greeted by Derek the service advisor. He was very polite and helpful. He received our RV and took it right into service. There a gentlemen by the name of Jose received us and asked us what our complaint was and like clockwork he resolved all of the detailing that needed to be resolved and also answered over a dozen questions we had as if we were the only client there.

You guys really live to what you preach. I will drive from Miami to Tampa the next time I need any service on my RV - it is worth the drive. Thank you!
