You should be Proud and Pleased with the Performance of your people. My wife and I want to compliment you for the super service and absolutely non-stop friendly people in your San Diego and Tucson Facilities.

In San Diego, of Course you get first billing: but Sam was excellent with his non-car-salesman type sales assistance. He did not in anyway make us feel pressured. Rather, he made us feel he was on our side and a friend, not a "Pusher of Goods". He went out of his way to be of help in all our contacts.

After the sale, Paul and his Partner Xavier went way beyond the call of duty continuingly helping us with answers when we desperately needed them. I.E.; the first trip up the grade to Flagstaff and the heater core radiator leaked causing lights and buzzers to go off. Not to mention the episode in Nevada when the awning was torn off by crosswinds.

In Tucson: we can't praise your people here enough, especially when they have to work in 100 and 104 degree heat! They were absolutely the friendliest and happiest group of service oriented people we have dealt with; always a smile, regardless of the stress level. There was not a sour puss or grouch among them.

We were especially impressed with Dave as the "Lead" service guy for our problems. Dave went way beyond the norm in helping us. He arranged for the various "techs" to handle each problem in a very quick and efficient manner. We can't believe he can keep his cool in that pressure-cooker atmosphere. He should really be commended! Additionally, there were other "techs" like Scott, Bill, and Xavier and the satellite dish guy (couldn't remember all the names) that were equally as friendly and helpful to a couple of "Rookie" New Diesel RV'ers.

Jason, all the above should be thanked and complimented for making us feel like they did appreciate us and our business. We have and will continue to recommend you and La Mesa RV as The place to purchase an RV, But especially The Place for Service After the Sale!
