On January 9th, 2004, we attended your RV Show in Casa Grande, Arizona. We at that time purchased a 1999 Winnebago, Adventurer. Our Salesman was Mike; we want to let you know that he is a superior salesman, he was extremely informative of the said vehicle, and was able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction.
We also worked with Rey, who also helped us in achieving our goal of purchasing the Motor Coach. He worked with us, answered our questions, and was very helpful to us in reaching our decision.

On January 13th, we arrived in Tucson to pickup our coach, it was being detailed, and our automobile had to be outfitted with the Tow package. We stayed that evening and also the following day after our walk-thru. During our stay we encountered numerous of your employees, all of whom were very knowledgeable in their field.

Your service department is superior, Mark, Joseph, and Mac, were so very helpful, polite, and assuring, they made the wait a comfortable situation. We knew that everything would be done to our satisfaction, and if we had any questions they answered them for us.

The Finance Department, we worked with Nichole, who was very knowledgeable in her job, she explained every detail to us, and we also included an extended warranty, if she did not know the answer she found out without hesitation.

The Receptionist, Judi, went out of her way to make us comfortable, she was extremely helpful.

Also, Tony who did our walkthrough, was so very helpful, as this is our first time towing a car with the coach, he explained everything in detail, not only about the coach, but also in towing, as did Joseph the following day when he instructed us on how to hook up the car, and how to tow the car. He did not leave one thing out, he is an excellent employee.

We are writing you this letter to let you know that your employees are superior in every way, there was not one time that they did not have an answer or a solution for us. They were always ready to help in anyway. Upon our departure on Friday, January 15th, we felt as though we had made some really great friends, in such a short time, it was an amazing experience. Even at the end when we went to the cashier, Missy, also made the experience pleasant. Everyone there was a Delight to work with.
