A Class B motorhome is essentially a passenger van that has been modified with a “bubble” top to create additional interior height. The body is narrower and the coach generally carries a lighter duty rating than a Class C. Class Bs are typically built for 1-2 people.

Class B motorhomes generally come equipped with everything you need to be self-contained such as a generator, compact kitchen and bath plus entertainment features. Most have a couch or dinette that makes into the bed but some have full time beds. A Class B is often designed for 1-2 people, using this as a daily vehicle as well as a motorhome. Couples find that the smaller size is perfect for backwoods travel and get-aways for two.
